 PowerPro 2025.2 Update Release

The first update to PowerPro 2025 is here!
You can update your workstation by going to Tools > Get Latest Version in PowerPro

Compliance

There is a new TAC (The Training Accreditation Council) report for our WA users, for records of Student Results, Qualifications and Statements of Attainment.

We also have updated the Declaration of Compliance report by adjusting the enrolment count criteria to match AVETMISS reporting requirements:

  • Course is accredited
  • Course AVETMISS reporting flag is set
  • Course Unit AVETMISS reporting flag is set (Automatically set as a default in PowerPro)
  • Enrolment Unit AVETMISS reporting flag is set (Automatically set as a default in PowerPro)
  • There is unit training activity present in selected time period
  • Number of completions has been added
*Please note archived courses are also included just like with AVETMISS extraction

The Issuance Register report has been updated to exclude Non-Accredited courses and now will now sort by Student Name alphabetically just like the AQF Documents Issued Report.

A new digit filter has been applied to phone numbers for the AVETMISS NAT85 file to remove invalid characters and prevent NCVER AVS errors.

Security

2FA  (Two Factor Authentication) now includes SMS! Please note this will require an active Esendex Subscription and credits (for more info on Esendex click here)
The mobile number will need to be listed in PowerPro which you can do under Configuration > My Contact Details
If the SMS fails it will fall back to the email listed instead.

Reports

We have a new report: Contact Log report for Companies found under Reports > Company > Contact Log.
The Statement of Accounts report has had a layout update you can see this in Reports > Invoicing Reports > Statement of Accounts Client/Companies

New Functions

We have introduced the ability to email Student Certificates to their employer (in PowerPro this is known as 'Company') in a single email containing templated merge fields - please note this does require SMTP setup for your email configuration . Check in with your I.T. team if you need assistance with setup.
You'll find this function in Enrolments and Results select your course then > Actions > AQF Certificates > Email Certificates to Client Company OR right click on your desired course AQF Certificates > Email Certificates to Client Company

You will now have the option to create a Client Credit when a client overpays an invoice instead of the excess going to other invoices

Web Plugin

New buttons have been added to the Web Upload Courses List window so you can Select All/Select None when choosing which courses to sync:

When transferring an enrolment using the duplicate function from course to course you will now have the option to copy the web enrolment data as well
