PowerPro 2025.3

PowerPro 2025.3 Update Release

Say hello to the latest PowerPro update!
Version .3 introduces significant new functionality and bug fixes

You can update your PowerPro Application by going to Tools > Get Latest Version:

New Features

Compliance > LLND framework

As per Standard 2.2, Training Providers must now assess student’s Core Skills prior to enrolment.
To aid our clients with this requirement, we have introduced a new LLND framework which includes an LLND test as part of the enrolment form.

This framework allows RTOs to create and customise as many LLND tests as needed to match the specifics of the courses in their scope.

For a full guide on how to use the PowerPro LLND framework please refer to the LLND User Guide

Important: Please note that PowerPro’s Web Plugin is required for this feature please contact us for a quote if your RTO doesn’t have the Web Plugin

See below for an example of the LLND rendered in the Enrolment Form:

Compliance > Diversity and Inclusion

In keeping with Standard 2.5 and its focus on Diversity and Inclusion we have added a new format for the Gender Section of the web enrolment form:

The Standard format (as per earlier releases):

The Diversity Inclusive format:

To select the Gender Section Format to be displayed on the enrolment form, use the Web section on the Application Options window:

Improvements

Course Filter for Enrolments and Results
The Course filter from earlier versions is back by popular demand:

And if you were not a fan of the filter, we have made it optional! Simply turn it off in Application Options:

Enrolments and Results – Client filter

We had mixed feedback on the earlier changes to this filter. As a result, 2025.3 offers two search options for this filter: Quick Search and Deep Search.

The Quick Search, is the pre 2025 version of the client search function with the quick and simple client name dropdown:

The Deep Search is the post 2025 version, offering the ability to pattern search on Client ID, Client Name, Date of Birth, Second ID, USI, and Email Address:

This is a “sticky” setting: whichever search mode you used last is the one used by default next time you open the Enrolments & Results window.

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed error message (error converting from string ““) when printing web enrolment forms.
  • Bug where closing an invoice in the Invoices and Payments window opens the Client Companies window has been fixed.
  • The Issue with Refresher Reports where the date range used was in the past has been repaired.
  • You may have noticed some clients who enrolled via the Web Plugin do not seem to have a "Study Reason" field. The good news is that they did fill that out and this was more-or-less a visual glitch, and upon updating and patching to the Web Plugin this will no longer occur.
  • 'Price' field fix so that any fees that were capped by the web plugin on group enrolments will no longer affect the invoices generated for those enrolments.
  • Prevention of re-submissions - an intermittent issue appeared with mobile users whereby the RTO would sometimes receive duplicate submissions, this has been thoroughly squashed across the Web Plugin
