Power Pro 2024 Version 2024.4

2024.4 is the final release for PowerPro 2024. Its main purpose is to comply with the recently released TAMS 1.3 specifications (coming into effect in November 2024) and to addresses specific bug fixes.

TAMS 1.3 (WA only)

As per the recent DTWD announcement, TAMS lodgements from November 2024 onward must comply with TAMS 1.3 specifications. In practical terms this means including the USI field as the last field in the Students.txt file:

PowerPro 2024.4's RAPT file generation function includes a check box option to include the USI field in the Students file therefore complying with TAMS 1.3 requirements. This option will automatically be checked from November 2024 onward:


Bug Fixes

The following issues have been fixed in the 2024.4 release:

- Incorrect AVETMISS fields sequence in the Client window
- AVETMISS Victorian Student Number reporting 000000000 on blank VSNs
- Enrolments & Results persistent Course list filters not applied when window opens
- Enrolments & Results Documents filter not working properly
- Error attaching Invoices when choosing to attach them as a Word document
- Enrolments pushed to Cloud Assess via the PowerPro menu not activating Cloud Assess Learner if the Learner already exists 
- MyOB export could create the Invoices attached to the wrong MyOB Card
- Error generating Web Plugin Course List with Company List option on large company datasets
- Other smaller issues

We’re proud to announce the release of PowerPro Version 2024. Version 2024 combines refinements, performance improvements, stronger integrations and common user requests. This chart loads quicker, and its data is more relevant than the 2023 chart: Improved layout, look and feel PowerPro 2024 ships with a modern skin and a redesigned layout. Power Pro 2024 Version 2 Version 2024.2 is now available for download. This important update contains several improvements and multiple bug fixes. Please read on for more details. Improvement List 1- The Enrolment Form layout was modified to to better align with the enrolment form endorsed by NCVER. As per NCVER recommendation, the Enrolment Form starts with the Privacy Notice and followed by a sequence of data sections: 2 - Ability to configure four sections of the Enrolment Form Privacy Notice section.     Use Configuration>Application Options>Web>Privacy Notice to configure these sections:   3 - New Report Layouts section allowing customisations to the built-in reports.
