Power Pro 2024 Version 2

Version 2024.2 is now available for download. This important update contains several improvements and multiple bug fixes. Please read on for more details.

Improvement List

1- The Enrolment Form layout was modified to to better align with the enrolment form endorsed by NCVER. As per NCVER recommendation, the Enrolment Form starts with the Privacy Notice and followed by a sequence of data sections:

2 - Ability to configure four sections of the Enrolment Form Privacy Notice section.

Use Configuration>Application Options>Web>Privacy Notice to configure these sections:

3 - New Report Layouts section allowing customisations to the built-in reports. RTOs can request layout adjustments to the built-in reports according to their needs. Typical layout adjustments include branding (adding the RTO logo for example), adding an initials column, adding a page signature field. If a report has custom layouts, users must choose the desired layout when running the report:

To request a Report Layout use Reports>Report Layouts; select the relevant Report and use the Actions menu to request your Report Layout:

Only some reports support layout changes for now. More reports will follow in subsequent PowerPro updates.

4 - Restored the option to list the Trainer missing units on the Course List in Enrolments (Configuration>Application Options>Other):

5 - Added the Company Tags column to the manual enrolment window (Enrolments>New Enrolment)

6 - Added Emergency Contact fields as well as the Course CRICOS code as Merge Fields to the MailMerge Clients function

Bug Fixes

- Intermittent start-up issue where the application launched as a background process
- Web>Sync Web Course List generated an invalid data file when the data contained non printable characters
- Saving a payment/receipt would trigger a message about locked  payment
-  Enrolments>Email Client was not associated to any action
- Training Plans attachments were set to PDF or Word based on AQF settings. Now it is a persistent user option
- Other small fixes
