PowerPro 2023.3

Power Pro 2023 - Build 3

Build 3 is now available for download. 2023 B3 is not a vitamin but it packs important fixes, new functionality and general improvements.

PowerPro Workshops 2023

PowerPro workshops are a valuable Professional Development option for users of all levels to sharpen their skills on the Student Management System. These training events are also an opportunity for networking with users from other RTOs and include the presence of a Compliance qualified person. Unfortunately due to a change of circumstances these workshops will not take place in 2023.

Tighter Integration with Cloud Assess

RTOs using the Cloud Assess LMS will enjoy the convenience of a new ad-hoc Enrol Student function from a simple right-click on the Participant in Enrolments and Results:

A verbose view of the interaction between PowerPro and Cloud Assess is provided to the user:

Education Agents

Providers dealing with Education Agents will notice this improvement: The new Education Agent column in the Enrolments and Results participant list:

Please note: this column is only visible if the Application Options>Other>Enable Education Agents option is checked.

Compliance with TAMS Text File Specifications V1.2 (RAPT Reporting)

Build 3 includes support for tracking and reporting the new Residency Status field introduced with the TAMS Text File specification 1.2. The new field is found in Clients>AVETMISS as per image below:

And the RAPT reporting wizard allows the RTO to select whether to include this field in the Students file:

The above option is not checked by default until July. From that point on it will be automatically checked.

Smaller Improvements

Below is a list of smaller improvements packed into Build 3:

  • An option to include Non-Accredited enrolment population in the Quality Indicator data report
  • The plus (+) character is now allowed on Email address fields
  • The ability to use the Client Preferred Name field in AQF document templates (the merge field is

Registering Body Report Reminder

Just a quick reminder to all RTOs who may not have done this yet. Please ensure the Registering Body Report is emailed to the RTO Registration Manager (ASQA, WA TAC or VRQA ) before the end of June 2023. To produce this report use Reports>Compliance Reports> Quality Indicator data (Registering Body report) as per image below:

Annual Price Adjustment

Please note PowerPro subscription fees are being adjusted for the new financial year reflecting the Annual CPI inflation. Thank you for understanding.

PowerPro Web Plugin 2024 - 29/1/2024   Changes in WP 2024 The two phase enrolment process for paid enrolments used to generate two enrolment files and two RTO notification emails per enrolment. This has been streamlined with WP 2024 as detailed below. Some Payment integrations were updated to comply with the latest API provided by the Payment Gateway providers.  The BPOINT Payment Gateway is now supported.  Once PowerPro 2024 is released, RTOs can configure courses with a %100 discount code. Other improvements Single step enrolment In the past, each online enrolment could generate two email notifications to the RTO (one before payment and one after payment). Similarly, paid enrolments used to generate two enrolment files which had to be downloaded and imported by the RTO. The new version replaces the two step enrolment process with a single step one. In practical terms this is what changed: Each enrolment, paid or not, will only generate one notification email to...

PowerPro 2024

We’re proud to announce the release of PowerPro Version 2024. Version 2024 combines refinements, performance improvements, stronger integrations and common user requests. Please read on for details on PowerPro 2024.   Improved login interface  A progress bar provides a responsive user interface during the login process: Faster loading and a more relevant background chart The new background top chart lists the number of enrolments per month during the last 12 months. This chart loads quicker, and its data is more relevant than the 2023 chart: Improved layout, look and feel PowerPro 2024 ships with a modern skin and a redesigned layout. The result is a more ergonomic user interface which we believe will be welcomed by most users. Legacy skins are still included in PowerPro 2024 should users prefer to use these instead.
