PowerPro 2022 - Build Release 8

Build 8 is a now available for download. It arrives with brand new functionality, general improvements and with the exciting news that the PowerPro workshops are officially back!

Workshop announcement

Throughout the last few years we winded back on physical workshop delivery across the nation due to the pandemic. We accounted for this gap through online training delivery but are now super excited to return to the classroom!

PowerQR improvements and ongoing special offer

This is a reminder of our ongoing winter special.
Subscribe to PowerQR before the end of August 2022 and go in the draw to win a free PowerQR subscription next year! 🎁A new option has been introduced to prevent the document from being uploaded to the PowerQR database. This option is handy in certain scenarios.

Bulk email refresher

PowerPro has the ability to send bulk e-mails to students across all courses or using a specific criteria. Using strong contextual e-mail templates you can reach your clients effectively, be it for training or marketing purposes. Note this will also create a contact log for each student automatically.

Build 8 introduces the 'Refresher' mode within the bulk email window. You can select a unit and load a list of students who are due for a refresher within a time frame. Build your contextual template and get in touch with your students easily!

Contact Log - Notify

When a contact log is created (either manually or automatically), you can choose to notify a relevant person about this. There is improved logic for loading the list and it will now indicate the source/context.

 Smaller fixes and inclusions

  • Latest list of units (from TGA) for unit import
  • Web Trainer (SKY only) shows the unit start dates where applicable
  • Downloading web enrolments lists the files in alphabetical order
  • Improvements to PowerPro launch and login time
