PowerPro 2022 - Build Release 7

Build 7 includes compatibility with Talent LMS (E-Learning platform), a new Funding Reports section, the July promotion of PowerQR Validation system, the latest TGA Unit list and some small improvements. Highly recommended :)

 

Talent LMS Integration

Talent LMS is a very reputable E-Learning Platform which is easy to use and offers extremely competitive prices. The integration with PowerPro is now available to PowerPro Sky subscribers. More information on Talent LMS can be found here.
 
New Enrolment>E-Learning  tab
A new "E-Learning" tab in the Enrolments window provides a summary the data exchanged between PowerPro and the integrated LMS:

 
New Funding Reports Section
Build 7 introduces the Funding Reports section. Starting with the RAPT Summary Report, this menu will include more funding reports as part of upcoming builds.
 
RAPT Summary Report 
This report is useful for RTOs delivering funded training in WA. It lists Clients per CPS (Contract Program of Study) as well as some key funding indicators:

Latest TGA List of Units

The latest list of units has been published by TGA and is included as part of Build 7.

 

Small Improvements

  • Improved the Enrolments and Results search by Client Name function. Previously users had to delete the annoying "<Client name>" text before starting the search. Not any more, thank you all for the feedback.

  • Added the Enrolment Bulk action to set LMS export date:
 
 
  • Adjusted the size of the Client and Session window to suit lower resolution screens.
  • Created the Help>LMS Integrations menu with links to information on the E-Learning platforms PowerPro RTO is compatible with.

  • Build 7 also fixes an error displayed as PowerPro was closed after having done a Web Sync Course list using the latest FTP library.

 

2022/23 Price Adjustment

To align with the Consumer Price Index, the PowerPro price list has been adjusted for the new financial year. 

The updated price list is available on our web site and on the PowerPro RTO 2022/23 Price Calculator.

PowerPro 2023 Build 4

  Power Pro 2023 - Build 4 Build 4 is now available for download. 2023 B4 is an important update providing two new built-in reports , the latest Units of Competency and many fixes. Enrolment Form Report This new Report shows the fields as they were entered by the Student on the Enrolment Form. There is an option to include the Student signature (as well as a CEO/Training Manager signature) in the report. This report is only available for Web enrolments:   Confirmed bookings not Invoiced Report This new Report lists any Confirmed bookings (enrolments) which have not been invoiced:   Latest list of Units of Competency (TGA) Should you need to import any recently released Units, Build 4 will surely include these. We’re proud to announce the release of PowerPro Version 2024. Version 2024 combines refinements, performance improvements, stronger integrations and common user requests.
