Delivery Activity Data Summary

Often requested by the National VET regulator, this report can now be found in the Compliance Reports menu:

Course Admin checklist

This new Course section helps tracking logistic tasks associated with the delivery of each Course. Note that this structure is propagated to the new Course when a Course is cloned.



Locking of Booking Status

Until build 7 it was possible to change a "Confirmed" booking () to a Cancelled one () regardless of the Client progress in the Course. This could be problematic since only confirmed bookings are reported to AVETMISS and, as we know, the AVETMISS data is propagated to the Student USI Transcripts.

As of 2021 build 7, the Booking Status field becomes locked (greyed out) as soon as the enrolment denotes any training activity:

Course "imported" Units

Many packaging rules allow for one or two "imported" units as electives. Build 7 provides support for flagging specific (Course) units as imported. To set a Course Unit as imported, use the following action sequence:
 
Home>Accredited Courses>[double-click]>Imported Unit
 


 
The imported units also show on the Enrolments and results area so users can get a visual alert if there are too many imported units for an enrolment:

 

 

Other Improvements & Fixes

  • Improved Sky security code validation
  • Ability to add non-accredited Training Modules to the Trainer Vocational Competencies
  • Fixed issue with USI verification for Clients with long given names
  • Removed non relevant data tabs on new Client action
  • Fixed ergonomic issue when importing Custom reports
  • Removed invoice GST calculation if that system option if off
  • Improved verbosity if Sky connectivity errors
  • Other minor improvements

Power Pro 2022   Welcome to 2022,  This post celebrates the release of the major annual update, PowerPro 2022. PowerPro 2024

We’re proud to announce the release of PowerPro Version 2024. Version 2024 combines refinements, performance improvements, stronger integrations and common user requests. Please read on for details on PowerPro 2024.   Improved login interface  A progress bar provides a responsive user interface during the login process: Faster loading and a more relevant background chart The new background top chart lists the number of enrolments per month during the last 12 months.
