PowerPro 2021 - Build Release 3

Lots of goodies with this one!

AVETMISS 2020 reporting wrap up

We have successfully overseen another year of annual AVETMISS submissions!
It was great to see more and more RTOs reporting well before the due date.

As 2021 rolls along, why not check if your organisation can implement quarterly AVETMISS reporting. Avoid the stress by reporting early, pick up on any data errors/issues months earlier and have your Students USI Transcripts more regular updated.

Here are the 2021 Collection Periods:

Improvements

Xero API integration now allows importing payments from Xero

There is now "Xero" reason not to jump onboard with this integration 😁 Contact us directly to get started and see our website for pricing.

Small technical note: if you currently access the Xero API and use OAuth 1.0, Xero is requiring you to migrate to OAuth 2.0 by March 2021. Contact us directly for assistance with this.

Bulk Emails

Yes, you can now easily send Bulk Emails from PowerPro. It has full support for templates and dynamic merge fields making this a powerhouse function.

It requires initial setup as to configure PowerPro with your SMTP domain mail settings. Your domain provider or internal IT staff will be able to assist you fully with this.

Check it out:

New RAPT concession codes (WA funding)

We are introducing these ahead of time.
"The Departments intention is to introduce these codes sometime in April 2021 once they have been incorporated into TAMS"

JobKeeper – Fee Type code will be A
JobSeeker – Fee Type code will be B

Support for MSI deployment

MSI workstation installer is available on request. If you rely entirely on internal IT personnel to upgrade your PowerPro RTO workstation to a new build release (like this one), you want to let them know this is available. They may be able to provide more frequent updates through this.
