PowerPro 2025.4

 PowerPro 2025.4 Update Release

Say hello to the 2025.4 PowerPro update!
Version 2025.4 is the last minor version of PowerPro for 2025. As usual it introduces significant new functionality and bug fixes.

You can update your PowerPro Application by going to Tools > Get Latest Version:

New Features

New Client Card report using Fast Reports instead of MS Word

This new report provides a more secure way to produce Client Cards:

A Client Card sample template is provided with this update. Use the Template Manager>Client Card to manage/edit your Client Card Templates:

New LLND Report showing all Questions and Answers

This report shows the LLND Questions presented to the Student at enrolment along with the actual Student answers:

New LLND action: Clone LLND Test

Sometimes an LLND Test for a type of Course can be used as a base for another LLND Test. Rather than creating the new test from scratch, this cloning function creates a copy of the existing LLND Testfor you. All you need then is to adjust the clone to match your needs:

Email and SMS Templates are now edited in the Template Manager for consistency

Email and SMS Templates Editor and Preview function using sample data

Improvements

LLND Enrolment score shows an orange shade if any LLND component is below 50%

An orange shading in the Enrolment LLND Score column flags Students with one or more LLND components below 50%:

Ability to set an Absentee reason and 0 minutes attendance records for future sessions

Entering Session attendance in the future has always been disallowed. From this version on PowerPro allows entering 0 hours as well as an absentee reason for sessions with a future date:

Update Future Skills WA categories for DTWD invoicing compliance
The list of Future Skills WA has been updated to match the current DTWD specifications

Option to copy LLND Test results when transfering enrolments
LLND Tests can now be transferred along when transferring a Student from one Course to another.

Ability to activate Sky Keys in systems not running the WMIC service

This is a more technical one but using more current terminology it means PowerPro Sky keys can now be easily used in virtual environments.

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed error of when attaching a large number of documents
  • Fixed “AQF Docs NOT printed” Compliance Report (was including Credit Transferred Units)
  • Fixed layout issue with Current by Enrolment Date (Units Reports> Current by Enrolment Date)
  • Other smaller fixes identified internally and by PowerPro users
